7. O-O c6 {A prosaic move that mainly stops Nb5} 8. b3 e5 {Strike in the centre
first aiming to control events} 9. Bb2 exd4 10. Nxd4 Nc5 {E4 is now seriously
weak} 11. Rc1 Nce4 12. Nxe4 Nxe4 13. Bf3 Ng5 14. Bc3 Re8 {The maneuvering is
putting me marginally ahead and he is becoming concerned about c5 tactics} 15.
Ba1 {A wasted tempo, he should have done this the move before} 15... Bd7 16. Re1
Qc8 {I've fallen behind again a little as h4 is strong but he panics about
tactics on h3 here (which don't yet work) and.....} 17. g3 {Weakness on the

cannot recapture with the queen} 20. Nxd6 Rd8 {Inaccurate and almost blows

simple line out} 22. Nxc8 Rxd1 23. Rxd1 Be4 24. Rd8+ {Doesn't work and knight is
pinned to rook} 24... Kg7 25. Rc1 Bf6 26. Re8 Bc6 {The rook is out of squares
and must fall, rob resigned at this point} *
